1. Your personal data will be processed by AMD - Associação Portuguesa de Marketing Directo e Digital (hereinafter, AMD), with VAT number 501.903.186 and registered office at Estrada de Queluz, 91 - 2794-100 Carnaxide (Portugal), based on AMD's legitimate interests.
2. The processing is necessary to respond to contacts that are made by Users, and Users are expected to process their personal data necessary to provide the response(s) as part of the management of the relationship between AMD and Users.
3. Personal data will be kept for one (1) year after you contact us, and will be deleted or anonymized at the end of this period, except for messages and requests for information that may be part of a process of joining AMD and/or subscribing to the opposition list.
