1. Application
Every application for admission must be made in writing, indicating the desired category and must be accompanied by a copy of the respective Statutes, identification of the members of the governing bodies and documentation illustrating the activity pursued (No. 5 of Art. Ninth of the AMD Bylaws)
2. Approval
The approval is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, and the decision must be ratified at the first General Assembly that may take place
3. Quota
The Membership Fee is of variable scheme related to the Member's Direct and Digital Marketing turnover

THE MEMBERSHIP OF MEMBERS IS SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR ACCEPTANCE BY THE CANDIDATE OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT DIRECT AND DIGITAL MARKETING COMPANIES (ART. 8 OF AMD'S STATUTES)

1. Your personal data will be processed by AMD - Associação Portuguesa de Marketing Directo e Digital (hereinafter, AMD), with VAT number 501.903.186 and registered office at Estrada de Queluz, 91 - 2794-100 Carnaxide (Portugal), based on AMD's legitimate interests.
2. The processing is necessary to respond to contacts that are made by Users, and Users are expected to process their personal data necessary to provide the response(s) as part of the management of the relationship between AMD and Users.
3. Personal data will be kept for one (1) year after you contact us, and will be deleted or anonymized at the end of this period, except for messages and requests for information that may be part of a process of joining AMD and/or subscribing to the opposition list.
4. Without this personal data we will not be able to respond to your contact, so the provision of personal data is mandatory.
5. AMD may communicate your personal data to service provider(s) in the context of the fulfillment of the purpose described, without prejudice to communications that result from legal and/or regulatory obligations, namely, with public authorities.
6. You may exercise your rights provided for in the legislation (access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability) by writing to the following email amdportugal@amd.pt, without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (www.cnpd.pt).
