Registration on the Opposition/Robinson List

1. What is it?

The Opposition List is a free service that allows citizens to limit the sending of direct marketing communications by Addressed Mail and for telephone (telemarketing).

It is an important consumer protection tool, enabling people to Unique indicate that they do not wish to receive this type of contact, even if their data is available in legally accessible databases.

2. What is it for?

By signing up for the Opposition List, you are informing companies that does not authorize the sending of advertising messages by mail with your name and address and/or contacts by Telephone with human intervention , unless you have given your consent directly to the company.

  • Addressed Mail (with name and address of the recipient)

  • Telemarketing calls (with human intervention)

5. What's not included?

  • Electronic communications (email, SMS, MMS, push notifications, etc.)

  • Automatic calls without human intervention. In these cases, the legislation requires the prior consent of the consumer.

3. Who can register?

AMD's Opposition List is intended for Natural (consumers). The legal persons (companies, institutions) can register on the Opposition List managed directly by the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs .
