  • 1. Your personal data will be processed by AMD - Associação Portuguesa de Marketing Directo e Digital (hereinafter, AMD), with VAT number 501.903.186 and registered office at Estrada de Queluz, 91 - 2794-100 Carnaxide (Portugal), based on AMD's legitimate interests.

    2. The processing is necessary to respond to contacts that are made by Users, and Users are expected to process their personal data necessary to provide the response(s) as part of the management of the relationship between AMD and Users.

    3. Personal data will be kept for one (1) year after you contact us, and will be deleted or anonymized at the end of this period, except for messages and requests for information that may be part of a process of joining AMD and/or subscribing to the opposition list.

    4. Without this personal data we will not be able to respond to your contact, so the provision of personal data is mandatory.

    5. AMD may communicate your personal data to service provider(s) in the context of the fulfillment of the purpose described, without prejudice to communications that result from legal and/or regulatory obligations, namely, with public authorities.

    6.
